It is an average birds eye view or a generalist survey of how to make money in a capitalist.

I got my money’s worth so I am not complaining. One thing I feel the author over-emphasizes is stock market investing. Right livelihood is an important Concept from Buddhism, and you will be sharing in the karma of any company you invest in. Don’t be a gambler, invest for the long term, and invest in. A buy! One maake found this helpful. The book has a lot of enthusiasm if you’re motivated by that sort of thing.

The content is of no help to me: Get out of debt. Give me 20 years. Surround yourself with rich people. Before I can get past their pit bulls, they’ll probably call the police. Save lots for an emergency. Maybe 10 years after I get out of debt in 20 years. Hire personal coaches.

Then he sends «special» email invites to a webinar titled «Epic Launch». On it he covers how to use social media and a web site to market your own mediocre book. Amazingly he refers to his own book as an example of how content doesn’t really matter, it’s how you market it, including getting partners read other mediocre writers and social media followers to give good reviews to boost sales.

He didn’t always say the things that I wanted to hear, which means to me that he was sharing good, honest information. He talks a lot about true wealth being much more than just money, which made me pretty much just roll my eyes at first, but as I continued to read I was able to connect all the dots and understand the make money live wealthy that Austin was trying to convey.

I wish everyone would read this book because I think the world would become a better place with well rounded, motivated, and generous people.
